Resilient

Resilient is the act to recover from a difficult situation and being able re bounce back into old shape. The ability to become healthy and strong after going through a failure, something traumatic or an illness. Being resilient is a great virtue that people should work on developing
Being resilient is a good virtue to equip due to the fact that in peoples everyday life there’s always going to be a difficult time or a traumatic experience where all they want to do is break down. It helps a person come back from any difficult situation and not let the hard times get the best of them. There able to just change course and continue on. Just by keeping a positive attitude and being optimistic is a good way to achieve this virtue. People able to handle their feelings and emotions in a health way and  allow themselves to go through any grief or emotion there going through, but make sure not to make it permeant. They overcome it and bounce back even better and stronger than before. Resilient people also have an advantage when it comes to working. They have no problem changing their way of working and they quickly learn a new way to earn a better income. They are able to adapt to tragic things in the environment. With the way the world is turning out today this would be a great virtue for anyone to receive. It helps out not only the mind but the soul. It keeps people sane and health. There able to take a step back and help others in their community.
